They had two ductless AC units installed on their upstairs this summer. The quote was competitive and got a good vibe from Louis, who did the quote. The three stars is due to the installation of the units. The installers were nice enough, but lacked attention to detail. The unit outside was very obviously installed on a slant and the unit in their bedroom was also installed on a slant and I think a couple decisions were made to make their installation easier rather than look better as a finished product.

They were blown away by the care and support the team provided right from the start.
