I was surprised to see the multiple negative reviews for Anova Fertility. I had my first appointment today for Cycle Monitoring and everything was great. The nurses and technicians were friendly. Reception was kind, considering they were busy and having to deal with a new COVID environment. They had a virtual appointment first with a Doctor who was very nice, called on time and seemed caring. The clinic itself is beautiful and spacious - does not feel like a Doctor’s office. Every time I’ve had to call to book an appointment, if I have to leave a voicemail they return the call very quickly. I haven’t had to wait more than a day.

While it tracks as one of the most personal difficult time periods in my life (2.5 years worth) through it all, I felt lucky to have the entire Hannam Clinic structure behind me. My experience at Hannam fertility was very positive from their very first virtual call. Dr Robb and his team are great to work with, explained all the options and were very responsive to my many questions along the way. The COVID-19 safety protocols they have in place made me feel very relaxed and I think also benefited me in the way that I never had to wait for blood work and ultra sound appointments. It is important to be your own advocate during the fertility process but it feels good to know you have a strong team of medical professionals guiding you along the way. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at Create Fertility clinic. I had Dr. Sharma - who is really a fantastic doctor. She was incredibly informative, kind and talented. I don't have enough nice things to say about the nurses, ultrasound techs... they are all some of the most kind people I have dealt with. The overall process is like a well oiled machine. The wait time is relatively quick - 4 appointments in 1.5-2 hours.
