What I love about fortunes is they can either do something very customized for important life events or sell you something very casual for birthday presents. I had my late grandmothers ring modernized to propose to my wife. Zac and Michael were very thoughtful about how they redesigned it to maintain the original character of the ring but changed it in a way that's modernized and suitable to my wife's style and tastes.

I am working with Mark Mani who is special ordering me a MIDO watch which is not available for sale here in the THEM. Mark is very intelligent and so customer friendly. I emailed a bunch of Canadian jewelry shops asking if they could obtain this watch for me which is sold exclusively in Canada. None responded except Mark who immediately answered that he would be happy to help. He researched the item at night even though he was done working for the day and ordered it within 12 hours of “meeting me” and obtaining my 50% deposit.
