I wrote them a cheque to buy it but they would not accept the cheque. It turned out that they wanted to take it to the RV trade show. I was not impressed with the manager behaviour. However, they ended up purchasing that RV after the trade show and they had mild/moderate service issues.

Wonderful experience. I was a first time RV driver going into this. They were helpful every step of the way. The RV was clean and very nice on the inside, they went to Mikisew Provincial Park (about 2 hours north) with the RV! I had the Class C Large and it's great for 3 people.

Awesome experience with an RV they rent through Authentik Canada. The RV was perfect for their needs. Bed was comfortable, all was functional. Had some trouble with the fridge and shower, but the issue got fixed by Mr. Yans, supervisor at the Vancouver branch. They had an excellent customer service and felt appreciated.
